It's all about perception with an obvious example being Nickel and Copper player Sirius Resources (SIR)they have an Ni-Cu resource with an in Situ Value of $3,935,000.000 of which they own 70% = ~$2,755,000,000 they have ~200m shares on issue and are trading at $2.30. Pattersons value them at $3.60!!
NTU HREE resource has an in Situ Value of $3,422,000,000 which is 100% owned with ~250m shares on offer and are trading at $0.185c.
One might ask why is there such a huge void between SIR SP and NTU SP, IMHO the reason being is the message has still not got out here to the investors about HREE, very few people know and understand the value of HREE where as everybody knows the value of Nickel and Copper.Brokers get paid a lot of commission to keep their investors informed but in NTU case I believe they are failing miserably.
I also believe that the MOU is with a Japanese company, as they see this as an opportunity to break the Chinese monopoly of supply. The Chinese would also have to be looking at NTU as they will want to maintain their dominant position with HREE.
