Bit rude perhaps but everytime someone learns to suck his thumb we have these silly postings here where you guys assume property investors don't believe real estate can come down.Quite incredible assumption- once made of you guys parrott your half baked rubbish that would be shot down on the stock threads.

I have only done any money I had on my super account. I have limited funds in the ASX and have consolidated my property holdings in anticipation of a downturn - and I started that process years back because I could see what is coming.

A lot of your ill conceived posts here are directed at people a hell of a lot more savvy than you realise.

Imagine if I parrotted the misery of a shareholders plight on the NAB site, lets say a long term holder, then said " you will do your money on margin calls - good luck you will need it blah blah -day in day out - see the reaction you would get. I would not do it as I empathise with those who have lost.

If you have been motivated by a genuine balanced interest in real estate - great - but if its a ghoulish and perverse delight in the plight of many well intentioned homeowners then get a life.

As for your contention - I am not under pressure at all in addition to that keep buying as many houses as you can - go for it - why don't you try all the little rural areas and positive gear.
