I don't know how you figure that?? They are unlisted FULLY PAID shares that have been in escrow for 2 years. They are not options or anything else that may be quoted on the ASX separately to other ordinary shares.

The announcement says "The Company will be making application for quotation of the 39,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares within 10 business days of the end of the escrow period as required by listing rule 2.8.2". This just means that they will be tradable .... on-market at the current market price ... within 10 trading days of the end of the escrow period.

I don't think that the people that were granted these shares 2 years ago and can only now trade them will have ANY interest in seeingt the share price lower!
