    no, "PRS means the $115 million debt transferd to Vix ERG." until Vix pay off the PRS face value $115 million, ERG can get 50% interest.(residual interest) however Duncan will never allow Vix to pay off, so all the future profit will belong to him, even if ERG's performance improved a lot.
