Is it your feeling based on that response that they are planning on JV Old Pirate + Carribbean? Presentation mentions JV other more remote tenements and I think Groundrush and Suplejack are obvious choices.
Essentially if OP gets JV'd we are back to being an explorer then?
Did you get the feeling Brett is trying to avoid a CR if at all possible?
