Should there be any sort of complaint/ legal/ ASIC/ ASX type challenge, as per the one successfully mounted by minority holders against delisting, a discussion around our Board executing it's duties for the benefit of all holders would be really interesting to have.
Overwhelming evidence would IMO show a demonstrable and sustained pattern of behaviour since Todd became our major holder.
Add to that Todd's 90% holding in what appears to be the only path to market solution (BBI) that has been seriously considered by a board supposedly working for all holders, and what would be an easy to follow breadcrumb trail, in terms of the information that was shared with any "Independent" party assessing options, the plot would surely thicken further.
