Kinselas is an interesting sale thats for sure. I quite liked that hotel but it is in a shabby spot.
I agree the Aussie Rules club has some issues, but I would contend that the RE value of that v Kinselas is higher.

Still very interesting. To think just a few years ago these things were selling on 6-7s. At 12s a pub I would consider buying a pub again. (all though they are well out of my price range.)

Thanks for the info however Grand. I agree with you on the distributions. I think the fund will definitely not be paying divs in the short term given the requirement from the bank. However I think they will work hard at reducing debt and I think management is pretty good and working hard.
