I have just read this on another site speculating about reasons behind the recent sp increase;
"Out of the blue news possible re the comment made at the AGM by PT re a European company who was circling like buzzards (assumed to be Befesa), as they desperately want to get into the US but their process is too expensive for the US, So?"
This is the first i've heard of this being mentioned at the agm, if true, then i would put my money on this being the reason behind this massive spike. This stock has gone from no one being interested, very little stock being traded, to 500k plus days.
with such a closely held stock anyone trying to build a takeover stake will move the price significantly.
