The announcement indicates that the ATC investment model remains sound with no exposure to the costs assocaited with a retail network. Isnt FNTS a retail network?
Anyway, I see it as buying a revenue stream. O.K, FNTS will have more distributions channels now which should increase turnover and hence bottom line.
Why not move the call centre to India? Should be much cheaper to run it there.
If they sell prepaid cards, who owes them money? The financials indicate they have receivables of 21m.
Who does FNTS buy its cards from? Is it their wholesale traffic supplier? If so, how will they react if FNTS moves it traffic to the ATC network?
