I saw your post on the UNX thread - so thought best to reply over here on GDM.
Definitely undervalued.
Lets see, they have $9.8m in cash.
Have a net (after tax) cash of $45m if they sold UNX at current price at escrow time (maybe they will sell a small parcel in OCT/NOV)
Will have $15-$20m with floating of CNI on TSX .
And will still have 100% Iron Ore and 51% in CNI and many more projects.
Capped at $105m fully diluted now will have $70 effective cash. Undervalued indeed. Perhaps a takeover target . Anglo American still hold 7% don't they. They may need to bulk up to stop a takeover.
