Stevenjd where are you getting nta figures from? I am seeing different NTA figures everywhere.
Power etrade shows MDT as 1.05 nta, MOF .72 for example.
I am all in REIT'S and have assumed that my 5.1% rise today against .8% fall on asx was due to expectation of distribution payment announcements on friday.
My concern therefore as an mdt cer bjt mof gmg holder is which stocks will tumble if no distribution is announced.
I realise im taking a bit of a gamble being predominantly in REIT's however this gamble like others is due to ridiculous share price to NTA. I checked TLS the other day and it was $3.26 to NTA of .26.
Ps ive had a couple of JD,s myself to celebrate todays 15k so excuse garble
