If they do indeed raise 6 million then that would be an extra 6 million in the kitty, so it would be about 50% more added value.

And I think one of the main reasons there is no buying at the moment is because the current situation with the rights issue would hinder short term gain to some extent and the ones who have been buying recently are more than likely to be NEO holders already, and now they can pick them up for a certain 6 cent price.

If you were a large holder of NEO stock it would not be easy to sit at 6 cents and wait for the sellers to come to you, there is not much selling at current levels either.
No wonder, 6 cents is cheap, if it goes lower it will be even cheaper: good bye or bad bye? But I would say a very good buy at 6 cents.
