I think the 7 cent divi forecast should underpin the share price to around 75 cents , providing a divi yield of 9.3%.

I like the 3.7 X interest cover and the nta of 93 cents.

Lucas is well respected, with strong Japanese contacts.
He is doing a good job.

Compared to REITs like VPG, (which I profit from day trading , but is volatile and all we do is spend our time guessing its value/ earnings), I think AJA is fine to keep accumulating , with an exit target at say 75 cents.
