commenwealth bank and collonial first state

Can anyone confirm that the deal currently on the table is a 2 way deal with Commonwealth Bank and their Collonial First State Property Trust. Commonwealth will refinance subject to rolling the asset to Collonial First State for 90 cents / share. The current sticking point is 90cents as CNP are seeking more. Makes sence to me and the reason the 90cents was first talked about by the financial Review last week.
