I don't ever recall them saying deal done by the end of last year, please show me proof of this.
What they did say was "fab transfer ready" which they were and still are.
They have stated that they would push hard for first deal by middle of this year but may get pushed out by a few months due to covid. Now they have clearly stated first deal this quarter. They have never missed a deadline
