Calling it as I see it. Read all my posts. I still reckon this shell company won't come up with the money, they couldn't even come up with $250,000 2 months ago and this has been going on for 4 months. Why the Board is entertaining the proposal is beyond me. Lets say they do put $400,000 in, and don't forget this is a placement to them, and they can't come up with the balance, what happens then, more selling, as happened with the other safe as houses placement?

This is micky mouse dollars in Pharma and if this is the best that Management can come up with, why not let share holders fund the company down here.

There are so many bulls on these posts but no one seems to want to buy any more shares down here by a perfectly reasonable, equitable rights issue. Beats me?
