hi, interesting discussion, I don't hold NXS but would like to briefly make the following comments and I am sure some of you will agree :
1. While this process ongoing, the cash is burning, including 12 millions settlement they have to pay Viking.

2 Forget about valuation : the fact that Crux is still on the market since October last year suggests only one thing : it is not attractive enough.
Ofcourse there'll be some potention buyer (opportunists) who are willing to buy, just like when you are trying to sell you car to car dealers. They are not desperate but NXS management are.

3. Please don't regard negative opinion as an attempt to downramp the share price, who would listen to some opinions in this forum, big investor ?, fund manager ?.

I always watch this stock closely, but many times I've cancelled my buy order simply because it is still to risky.
