RAW,
I have a feeling that the capper is Blaze. Even though they sold 889,500 shares on Oct 22, they went from 5,354,095 (5.14%) to 4,464,595 (2.84%) shares. Link to article attached below:
http://www.businessspectator.com.au/bs.nsf/Article/Blaze-Asset-diluted-to-284-of-Target-Energy-YC9UH?opendocument&src=rss
When the take over offer expired, Blaze announced that they would monitor and hold on to their TEX investment and may consider a further take over offer at a later stage.
NB: See AVD announcement on 20 July 2009.
With flow rates imminent, Blaze are probably trying to hold the SP down and may solicit the T/O offer again. With a sell order of 2,220,000 @ .066c being the trigger.
You probably have already noticed that the 2 1mil+ buyers (at 2 different price levels) have gone. I cant tell if these were dummy bids or if there is a leak about bad news coming who knows really!
This is my take on things.
