Out of interest any of the existing shareholders here have any views on this company. It seems they are growing revenue, but in absolute terms the figures quarterly growth is but a bucket of pennies when compared to their cash burn rate. Does the recent failure to raise the funds intended have an effect on the future revenue plan? Please correct me if I am wrong, but this is largely a Human Resources/ Hiring Analytics business? If so, scaling up the revenue is merely targeting employment agency accounts? Does this mean if the employment market softens, the revenue forecast will drop?
I also note that a fund raise in 2017 was deemed to be sufficient for breakeven, yet they are nowhere near breakeven from my analysis and the last capital raise was short. Does anyone have a figure on what they should have in the bank to grow the company? In my view it looks top heavy, more compensation paid to board and CEO than to development team.
I don't own a position in this company, looking whether to get in or not.
