I see this company a little differently. My sense is that they started in recruitment but the usefulness of their tech is alot broader. Maybe more like some type of strategic analytics company - something that KPMG would use in their consulting work. I get this sense from their work in marketing and team collaboration.
@wadegarrett is right, HR Tech is a crowded market and I hope they get out of it soon and focus less on CEO and board compensation and more on developing their product. I've lost on this company but there is a lot of potential and that's why I'm holding for now.
