The key is what the Honourable Chief Justice Martin says which also is the title of your email 'basic commercial morality'. I think many people would concur with this judgement and such a statement, and lack thereof of the Ailakis brothers.

As for the board, and particularly the Chairman - immediate resignation would be the 'moral' thing to do in my opinion. That word seems to keep on repeating.
