In 2013:
Dec12 qty due 31/1 (lodged 1/2)
Mar13 qty due 30/4 (lodged 1/5)
Jun13 qty due 31/7 (lodged 1/8)
FY13 accounts due 30/9 (lodged 30/9)
Sep13 qty due 31/10 (lodged 31/10)
In 2014:
Dec13 qty due 31/1 (lodged 3/2)
HY13 accounts due 14/3 (lodged 14/3)
Mar14 qty due 30/4 (lodged 30/4)
Jun14 qty due 31/7 (lodged 1/8)

OVER THE LAST 2 YEARS, REPORTS HAVE BEEN LODGED LATE OR ON THE DUE DATE. SUGGESTS TO ME THEY ARE EITHER UNORGANISED OR DON'T CARE!

and FY14 accounts are due next tuesday 30th - any guesses as to when they will be bothered to lodge them?

btw, imo the company has no cash, no corporate wants to buy stock so directors are buying to keep price up and raise funds. any guesses how much cash they have?
