I get sick if I eat it, so I don't.
Find sourdough bread is better. Should just be flour and water and maybe salt. No additives, preservatives, colours etc. Not too sure if yeast is too good for you either.
In the good old days (in traditional cultures) they would ferment bread for a couple of weeks. Now it might be 12 hours which is not as good.
Unfortunately, with wheat now having been changed so much it is not what it used to be.
Why do you think so many people are gluten intolerant?
I usually go for spelt or rye etc.
