You seriously have no idea about property investing. Maybe stick to the CBA threads. Take your negativity over there. Not sure if you have ever heard of www.google.com, this information has been known for at least 18 months. You can also find re zoning information on local shire web sites. Do you need me to direct you to them too?
As I said pull your head out of your ......jump on and view the homes for sale. They are telling everyone about the re zoning. However, you need to be careful because if you look at the potential re zoning map on the shire web site only parts will be re zoned R40, the rest will be R60.
