Acorn most of the smaller units are for start up business, tradies etc. Some bus. are buying rather than rent but most driven by investors looking for returns. The units in demand are existing type in established areas. The bigger industrial is out of reach of small investors and is in oversupply. The cheap residential is in demand in Perth and now cheap commercial is looking ok.
