My thoughts are that the Leti announcement was not going to be released on the ASX, hence Market Eye doing the mail out to promote it. I think this announcement fell into the category of news the ASX no longer wants being released through them. I could be wrong, but that is the only explanation I can come up with that would explain why it hasn't been announced on the ASX.
