yes wbt has flagged for a good while that comm agreement coming . . however . . the market will always be wary even with a board like wbt has and especially with a technology that has never been xommerciaply applied before sp with that the market has been hesitant .. many have held belief but it will take the first announcement for many to finally believe that this tech will move to production
for your second point . . the industry has some well defined metrics re royalties . . licensing fees and the like never will an announcment expect to include commercial terms bit there is a very reasonable assumption arpund what thise terms will be. regardless what this forat agreement is saying is that a very very credible partner wants to license wbt reram . . and if they do then the 'liklihood' of others wanting it is very very high. this has been described by dadi and coby many times. we know flash memory has hit its limits.
if you are expecting crystal.clear facts like. this agreement is for $x in chips at rpyalty y% and will make $z then you are dilusional. if you want that wait 5 yrs for wbt commercial agreements to be churned out one a week terms will either be known or reverse derived through pnl . . however if you wait to then you will be paying a lot mpre for the stock. we are atill in a risk reward phase . . the risks.are no longer will it be commercial but rather how fast it will be taken up amd into what segments . . and for buying in earlier the rewards will be significantly greater . .. or if you want certainty . . wait 5 yrs . . just be prepared to pay significantly more.
what reram.can become from here is significant. where the world is with tech investment. the scale of tech hinger . .china consumes 2 billion chips per day!! and the limitations of flash,. .. a perfect storm awaits for wbt reram . . amd yes that will create a frenzy!!
