Buy on what rumours ??
We have been told by management that a deal was imminent.. this announcement has been inadvertently leaked by a clerical error , it's not a rumour ?
Sell on what facts ?
The facts will be fully disclosed before trading begins ?
There has been no trading after said leak so the price hasn't reached any irrational heights to sell into ?
I understand the saying but don't think it applies here .
I think the terms of this deal will be good as management will use this deal as a template for any future deals .
Don't think for a second Skywater is doing us a favour and they have the upper hand ,
It's a mutually beneficial partnership .
We had many prospective partners to choose from ..
We chose them , that's the way I see it .. I think that will be made clear given time .
