Thanks Katy, Unfortunately, putting these deals to bed is not a regular occurrance in Australia, so many CEOs and Boards dont have the experience.

But worse still is they dont realise they are out of their depth. And even worse news is those Few that have pulled off good deals are not being invited onto Boards to enhance the quality of directors.

Corporate performance is really lacking. The science is amazing, but management needs to lift.
