The latest update mentioned NlC was expected to call a board meeting in the first week of November. 'IF' this occurs it's likely we will hear it first on HC and that could be any day. There is a risk that to is delayed which we have come to expect and would be a further dissapointment BUT if OM or charlotte etc can confirm a meeting indeed has been called early Nov then the train is finally leaving the station Imo.
