Dictionary, are you on crack? do you think they would have started drilling before coming to a legal (contractual) agreement on terms? As stated b4, this is a JV for the whole project... that means they will earn 50% of the revenue from this producing well ...which has the potential to flow at greater rates as stated in the ann.... and will aide in the financing of further wells ... I'm sure they will come up with the cash one way or another on a proven resource. So... not sure what your agenda is but it doesn't seem very well researched and you come off as a bit of a dill pickle my friend.
