Am probably naive but if you're right Lest and hope you are, why couldn't GGP explain that in their ann? Are the rules of disclosure so tight? Appreciate O&G is very technical - maybe they should have a Communications Officer to spell out what they are allowed so HC buddies won't start bickering over different interpretations.
