In view of the fact that VIL and GGP are not over flush with money I wonder if they may conclude flare testing at the completion of the separation infrastructure and pipeline, seal this level and move up the hole to a better paying level for commercial production.
This would have given them 2 months worth of data to examine, they are obviously going to have to drill more centrally on this new hydrocarbon find.
It takes time to arrange permits, find an available rig and prepare the location for the next spud.
These instant experts seem to forget this.
It looks like a substantial field in the making.
