Nobody would know the answer to what the decline rates or the amount of oil it will produce at this stage. The Niobrara is a huge area and is not equal so it is hard to know the true worth of this well or even the Pathfinder project until it is fully evaluated. The market IMO will wait for further results until it can make a decision on AKK. I believe it is a mistake to compare other Niobrara wells and their locations when calculating results for Pathfinder.

I think its an excellent result considering its the 1st well of the project and could very well improve given the knowledge and research done thus far. The royalty is large for this project, so when any calculation is done you have to take these factors into consideration, so the project has to be a good producer to make the play not only commercial but viable and profitable for AKK.
