This means that the Wonawinta project is no longer in development - it's a producing mine. They aren't playing around with the "settings" on the production plant to get it up to nameplate or installing new equipment.
It's more a psychological milestone than anything, but important nonetheless. I'd say a lot is it is for the benefit of the financiers... kind of like demonstrating to your bank that you are employed with a regular income before you get a loan.
I have noticed that buying strength comes ahead of positive announcements lately, maybe the ship isn't as free of leaks as it used to be.
