Yes they have reached target production levels, the next step is to bring down the cost to their announced target unit production cost level of $19 and below. The ironing out of any process inefficiencies and the introduction of the lead circuit are two important short to medium objectives I see.

Imho, to be able to stand firmly on its own two feet CCU will need to bring the production cost down to the $15 level over the next 12 months. I know they can do it.
