    we are getting pretty close to 21
    days since the Q&A quarterly. Was it kind of sneaky for them to say will be reached during Q1? Ans not be specific if they were experiencing current delays. It's kind of hard to blame the storms from Christmas week for performance in Feb. It's been a frustrating start ramp up to say the least.
