If commercial property has increased by 38 percent and CER and their auditors were evaluate their properties in line with the rest of the industry, You can expect a very very big increase in NTA and a big drop in their LVR ratio.
Not only that but CER would get extra servings from equity gained back from cnp with their negative equity in superllc.
