Looks like there is a niche in China for industrial reits. Yes tianjin is just one zone offering tax incentives etc. This article would explain some of the interest by CIC in GMG.
Something is going to happen soon. Interest in REITS is just starting. The downrampers will disappear and the REITS will be the next undervalued investment to be realized in this reflation game.
