There's been opportunistic accumulation significant pips below sellers often close to end of day trading where if some-one wants out..... they take 3,4 5, pips etc below listed sellers.
The odd day comes along too where everything to 10 cents gets gulped up..... then it trickles down again with the "must get outs smaller packages" to the "low-balling pipsters".
Such is the game, however the market cap is low, SOI's is good and below 1 billion and 70% or so of the stock held in tight hands. Even the crappy ole Morning Star has it as 17.3 cents.
On another thread I read some of@Paddypunter comments, mainly focused about the commercial sales delays going on for a year since the Christmas Eve bomb dropped last year. Well, the device had issues and had to be fixed.... took time plus a deal was struck with the maker involving shares and cash to MEM, then some medical approval's had to sought again.... all boxes ticked. And also other more usable features added in the new machine. Every IVF clinic no doubt is using something other then Felix. This isn't like throw out a Ryobi drill and get an AEG etc. If you were running an IVF clinic that is heavily regulated and deals with human life you'd want to make sure the transition is smooth ..... and perhaps do it one location at time so any bumps along the way are not repeated. You'd likely also want to do it when demand as at a lower volume ..... in industry they do maintenance called shutdowns for example over holidays.
The other thing to consider is, cartridge sales. That is where the recurring revenue is down the track. How many cycles can a Felix machine handle? Should be a lot as no moving parts like a printer, the work is done in the cartridge which is disposed of after use. That work done is electrically not mechanical. Life of the Felix device should be huge.
Many used to say sub 10 cents is a bargain...... will soon be anything sub 15 cents. I would say the smart money is buying and the dumb money is leaving. Anyone involved in trials, opinions etc (all medicos) talk and there would be some buying shares from first hand experience with MEM and the device. And they wont have a 1 month or 3 month patience poop out.
