I can't speak for Lies, but IMO the $$1.20-1.30 test is more related to the FAA approval, NOT Boeing.
If a Boeing announcement happens IMO its well on the way to testing an all-time high of $2.99 because an agreement with an OEM will immediately bring in huge profits - and Airbus couldn't afford to be left behind.
Mool: I'm pretty sure only Sam Wright was a director when shares were being issued to directors instead of cash. All other directors, including RL came after that episode.
