Today’s annual report state:
“The Company is now fully focused on achieving commercial transaction(s) for the Company’s portfolio of antiviral programs.”
MM has put $300k into the company by converting 2m of 15c options (expires 30 November 2018).
She could buy BIT at 4c after the results announcement just two weeks ago, but she converted November options at bout 4 time price.
Maybe she is subject to blackperiod, can’t buy at the moment, due to briefing to potential pharmaceutical partners?
