    Effectively the Navojo Indians have to approve the permit. The EPA handballed it to them.

    UKL's is on private land ... yes they will need all the permits blah blah ... but so will AGS, SMM, TOE, EME, NEL etc etc etc etc

    The fact is sentiment is changing, and changing fast, ala: labour party pollicy here in AUS ... The same & more so in New mexico
