Commercialisation of Colostat

Just wondering what you guys think on commercialisation of COLOSTAT.

Do you think a prospective partner will be able to successfully commercialise for a price?
Do you think COLOSTAT will be marketed as an adjunctive test to stool testing?
Do you think that commercialisation will lead to success?
Do you think it will replace Stool testing in the short/medium term?
Do you think it can only be successful if COLOSTAT replaces stool testing if it eventually substitutes the current fully funded NBCSP stool testing/screening?
Do you think that COLOSTAT will go onto the MBS with an item number and is partly subsidised by the Australian government?
How long until COLOSTAT will replace stool testing for good?
Will stool testing cease in Australia and for that matter around the world?
Who could be the partner(s)?
What does Market entry before TGA approval mean?

To me I think that COLOSTAT could be adjunctive to stool testing.

My reasoning is that iFOBT has a higher sensitivity than COLOSTAT but COLOSTAT has a far better specificity (less false positives)

Something like 95% of patients that return a false positive from stool testing that undergo colonoscopy do not have CRC

Just remember that RHY states that COLOSTAT was 35% more accurate at detecting CRC. This however was from their own internal company data from study 7.
My research suggests that the market standard is not 35% less than COLOSTAT in identifying CRC.

if you believe this is misinformation, back it up please.
