To me I think that COLOSTAT could be adjunctive to stool testing.

My reasoning is that iFOBT has a higher sensitivity than COLOSTAT but COLOSTAT has a far better specificity (less false positives)

Something like 95% of patients that return a false positive from stool testing that undergo colonoscopy do not have CRC

Just remember that RHY states that COLOSTAT was 35% more accurate at detecting CRC. This however was from their own internal company data from study 7.
My research suggests that the market standard is not 35% less than COLOSTAT in identifying CRC.

if you believe this is misinformation, back it up please.

I have nor the time/inclination to respond to the many hypothetical questions. I will however respond to your point disputing Colostat's 35% increase in accuracy for Study 7.

A near identical increase in accuracy (33%) was disclosed in test(s) prior to Study 7. To assert that systemic errors and/or 'fudging' has occurred across multiple tests, across multiple years, involving many people to arrive at near identical results is not a valid theory imho.
