    I disagree, this statement is really just a generalisation and doesn't hold true when you consider that there are more than +2000 publicly listed companies on the ASX and hence more than +2000 CEO's out there.

    They don't all act the same and ultimatly CEO's do what they like based on their own values of what is acceptable and unacceptable, usually within the confines of the law lol.

    This is getting a little off-topic of course.

    Personally my expectation based on TIS management's previous announcements is that they will keep the market informed of any developments (or delays) regarding the commercialisation deal within a reasonable time frame and in accordance with their self-imposed deadline of March 31st because they have demonstrated in the past that they are concerned about how they are perceived by their investors and the investment community as a whole.
