No he doesn't and that is a deliberate lie on your part. He, the victim, made no such assertion and you know it. He claimed self-defence from a brutal vicious assault from those police involved in a savage, violent unprovoked attack on him and several other civilians who were clearly obeying police instructions to leave the area.
Have the offending officers been charged under the "Coward Punch" Laws or does that new law only kick in if the innocent victim is killed by such cowardly attackers throwing hard, gloved-hand punches to the heads of the innocent victims.
Those unprovoked head punches were clearly from police officers in this vicious incident?
