You sure they were unprovoked buddy? Conveniently the audio had gone quiet just before the scuffle. There isn't enough unedited footage here to make an accurate assessment. But I'm sure the magistrate or judge had access to that unedited evidence.
No cop goes to work deserving to be punched. If someone is resisting arrest, the police are permitted to use force. This guy found himself arrested twice within the space of three days, he is deliberately trying to rebel... he needs to grow up. He isn't a teenager anymore. Its just sad and pathetic at this point. Wasn't meant to be protesting, wasn't mean to be walking without a mask with a large group of mates.
He has no capacity to reflect and see the other side of the argument, he is essentially just a "kid" with a grudge against authority, and ultimately his kids will suffer for his arrogance.
