    Seeing as how they were moving, the judge will agree with them for *there is no rule that you must take a motorbike/car/train/plane home from a demonstration*. They can actually stretch this legal argument out and show, that the police have deliberately prevented them from heading home.

    Those police need to show how those blokes heading home, were breaking the law. The cops have got nothing... so, I reckon they'll fabricate something under advisement from their union. They might claim the leader that they jailed, was 'a violent criminal who had to be apprehended, straight away'.

    # Thing is that the judges are of the opinion that commie dan has over-reached with lock down policing. So many fines are being thrown out by the judges/magistrates across Vic.

    Dan, like Biden, doesn't comprehend that the judiciary is a form of government in itself.
