Your photo shows a police gang member with a padded-glove fist raised to throw a hard punch after he and his vicious gang chased down peaceful civilians from behind and after having racing across a wide road to assault their peaceable victims.
This gang of bloodthirsty police chased down and attacked peaceful protesters who were correctly and lawfully obeying police instructions to leave the area by walking away.
It is not the first time this year that such violent police assaults have occurred in Melbourne and follows the recent "non-laying" of any charges, against several police involved in an incident, with phone vision supplied by public, showing a police-van being driven at and into the lower-half of a slow-jogging mental patient who was actually seeking help from authorities and then the same patient while on all fours has his head stomped savagely on and thumped into the road [yes by a policeman] then further vision from another mobile phone shows another officer let fly with a very hard ugly kick to the ribs and gut of same patient while he is still on ground on all fours and is almost prostrate on the roadside. The mental patient survived the assault somehow and as usual here in Victoria no charges have been laid against any Victorian Police by the investigating body.
